A home is never complete without a garden, thus home makers and a future home maker like me would want to have a simple yet a good looking garden that would entice passers-by to get a good glimpse of it.
What does my ideal garden have to look like?
Of course, I want those green plants present such as the shrubs and the bushes. I like those green shrubs and bushes neatly trimmed that's why my garden should have at least a
hedge trimmer that could be used for trimming. In order to preserve those plants, I'd like to place accessible garden hoses and have a plumber installed a faucet inside the garden premises.
Moreover, I like some cute animals inside my garden. Perhaps I need to place a certain area where bird cages can be found, along with
bird baths. I am pretty sure these bird cages would look great inside the garden.
Last but not the least,
garden accents should never be absent. Who knows family and friends would like to hold a garden party, right? Oh I just hope this ideal dream garden will turn out to be a reality pretty soon.
I am again addicted to another game in Facebook which is called as the "Restaurant City". In this game, you are responsible to manage and run your own restaurant. You can choose workers (from your Facebook friends), choose menus to offer, decorate your own resto or just visit friends who are also running their own restaurants at Restaurant City. Seems like am having another Facebook addiction huh! ;)
I've never been to Las Vegas but I heard about the countless wonders of the city. Whenever Vegas becomes a hot topic in one of our discussions with peers, what comes to mind about it are the flashy lights and sounds with good food and of course, concerts, casinos, and even wonderful shows and plays! Just recently, the Pacquiao-Hatton fight took place in this wonderful city in Vegas and I am very proud to share that our very own Manny Pacquiao won in the said fight. I envy those who have watched the fight live in Vegas. Not only did they watch the fight but they also got the chance to get good glimpses of the flashy Vegas especially at night. If I'd get to visit Las Vegas in Nevada, I would definitely shop, shop, and shop because I know that Vegas have also great shopping centers like most other states in the US. Of course, I'd like to do barhopping cos I learned that Vegas have great resto bars to choose from. And last but not the least, a trip to Vegas won't be complete without watching at least one show so I better check what shows are in store and get
Tickets to Las Vegas Shows. Oh, can't stop dreaming of Vegas anymore but surely I'd visit Vegas when I got the chance to visit the US in time.

Seagull Mountain Resort is yet another haven for nature trippers. Located along Davao-Bukidnon Road (which I think is still part of Marilog District), Seagull Mountain Resort is a two-hour trip away from the city of Davao. This Dureza-owned resort has a lot of amenities to offer coupled with great scenic views. There's a campsite, a restaurant, a chapel, a waterfalls, and pools to enjoy from. You can really appreciate its scenic views as you embrace the cool air from the top. Accomodations are also great. You can choose from the high end one down to its affordable rooms. If you want to experience nature at its best, try visiting Seagull Mountain Resort.
Since I stepped into college in 1995, we practically got a small house that will eventually be our second home. Too bad then cos I was inclined to wake up early for my classes since the transportation was not that accessible yet compared now. Imagine! I would have to walk for a few minutes before getting a bus ride. Well, our house is just a small one. I dream of bathroom vanities in our bath room but the space isn't enough. I'd rather have it when I get to have my own house built in time. Despite the absence of
bathroom vanities, I felt glad we were able to get a good deal on our
bedroom furniture at a cheapest price. Now I found the luxury of staying inside my bed room when I feel like it. By the way, if our house is just big enough to accommodate other furniture, perhaps I would have gotten
outdoor couches so my guests and visitors won't have a hard time looking for couches or chairs to grab. Glad we're able to buy plastic chairs to be arranged when there are parties. I still need a couch though but that would have to wait soon, when all my dreams will finally be realized.
I had a previous post about my experience @ Along The Road Spa in Bajada, fronting Rose Pharmacy where I got my whole body massage service. The other day, I again had the chance to avail another massage service in their newly opened branch along F. Torres Street. Well, I got satisfied again with the service they gave me. I got their Signature Massage Service for only 240 with its original price @ 300php. I was glad that my expectations were met. Now I knew where to go when I am badly in need of a whole body massage! ;)
Every weekend, we manage to buy food stuffs in the market for our weekly consumption. My best market choice? It would be Agdao Public Market which is only 15-20 minutes away from where we lived. It's nice to buy meat and poultry, veggies, and even fish products in Agdao Public Market because it's not as dirty as the other famous wet market in the city. In Agdao, products are organized per category. You would exactly know where to find the food stuffs you've been looking for. Besides, the market itself is clean. Thanks to the Metro Aides who ensure that the market is kept clean and organized. By the way, I got sight of this tattoo guy found in the market. His tattoos looked good on him! I used to dislike tattoos but seeing his tattoo wonderfully designed on his chest made me appreciate it. This tattoo guy is also neat as what I have noticed. That tattoo guy made me change my perception to appreciate tattoos now. In fact, I'd like to have my own tattoo someday. Oh, this tattoo stuff made me recalled my close friend in high school who found her husband in a certain
tattoo chat.
While paving our way to Dimsum Diner after a graveyard shift, I got sight with a spa parlor named as "Along The Road Spa" near the Davao Medical Center vicinity fronting Rose Pharmacy. I got caught with their prices. There's a P150 price for their whole body message among other services they have offered. Last night before going home after my 3-11 duty shift, I convinced my friend to get a massage on the said spa parlor. The place is just simple but is conveniently built to make us feel relaxed and comfortable. The massage? It was good and I seem to like being massaged in a moderate pressure. Lucky cos we got there just in time for their Promo day which P150 for a whole body massage. I had a good night sleep last night when I got home. By the way, their F. Torres branch is now open for customers. Should you want an affordable massage, you can count on "Along The Road Spa" in J.P. Laurel and F. Torres Streets.
A very good friend of mine is leaving soon next month to unite with his boyfriend turned fiance in the United States. Actually she just kept mum about the relationship before because I was told he's so far away and never thought he'd become serious with building a relationship from afar. Little did I know that they're now in their 5th year and it was just last year when he filed a petition for her. Accordingly, what they had at first was purely friendship. It took years before they actually got together as a couple. Since they became a couple, the guy visited her here in the Philippines for a couple of times already. He's even sad that my friend's mother died. During his last visit, he visited the grave of my friend's mom and gave a bouquet of flowers. I am really happy that my friend has finally found the man she's gonna live with for life. By the way, the guy is a certified 100% Christian, which is among the qualities why he's being liked by my friend. If you too want to have a Christian mate, get the chance to join a
free christian chat online. Who knows you might get your Christian mate out there!

The video scandal issue about Katrina Halili and Hayden Kho came out last December 2008 ending the three-year relationship between Kho and then girlfriend Dr. Vicki Belo. 'thought the issue has died down until recently the said video came out online. This reboils the issue again making the public very eager to discover if it's really true or not. (Thanks to blogadeur.com as my reference)
Note that the two were former Belo Models.

Yeah Philippines! It is Sandara Park again making a name with 2NE1 group in Korea. As we all know, Sandara or simply called as Sandy has also been famous in Philippine showbiz. However, after a few years in the biz, this cute Korean chose to go back and live her life in Korea. When I opened my Twitter account this morning, I clicked on the link of Alessandra Da Rosi's tweet message and this is what I found:
jaeuraznMVof Youtube (my gratitude to you for this video)
I got starstrucked again with Sandara Park! She's really a talented person despite being humble. Go, go, go Sandy!
Television show really entertain me especially when am too tired from work. I like watching foreign TV sitcoms like Grey's Anatomy and Friends and I also love watching movies over various movie channels over HBO, Cinemax, and Star Movies. However, I sometimes have problems with my cable operator now. How I wish
directtv is the one I am subscribed in. What's interesting with
Direct tv is that they have 100% digital programming. They also have exclusive programming for NASCAR plus my favorite shows would no longer be missed because canceled shows from cable will be possible with Direct Tv. Direct tv, come here to PI!:)
I was lucky for being home last night. I was able to watch the wedding coverage of my ultimate crush Ryan Agoncillo and drama princess, Judy Ann Santos over ABS-CBN. It's a different kind of wedding because it was solemnized as early as 7:00AM with only the close family and friends around. After the wedding, breakfast was served to the guests. Reception dinner followed at Balai-Anilao. To know more of their wedding story, please click
here.
What I can only say is both are really in love with each other. Joyful tears showed them all. They're really one great couple! They're so happily in love with each other. Abot-tenga ang ngiti ni Ryan! The APO also did a good part. I enjoyed watching them on TV. It was really a fun-filled event in the lives of both Ryan and Juday...
I used to pass by this house along Buhangin's flyover whenever I am plying Cabantian-Dowtown routes. I got mesmerized by its wonderful location on top with colorful bougainvilleas surrounding the house. It is not actually a concrete house cos it is made of wood but it's a very wonderful house made of wood. It is actually the only house located in that very big area filled with flowers and shrubs. I would always say that the owner must be very lucky to acquire such rare property. A few months ago, I was surprised when I saw a lot of laborers near the area beautifying the said place. Surroundings were neatly cleaned and I lost sight of the shrubs and the bougainvilleas which brought me disappointment. This gave me a thought that the owner must have sold his property. True enough, I later learned that Camella projected the rise of Northpoint Condominiums. I was surprised to see the wonderful house on top being remodeled just like the great creation of
Madison Remodeling in the United States. The house was painted with white that gives a very enticing look from the outside. Now I am wishing I could have that kind of house someday, soon.
I mentioned about my Sun sim carrier cellphone in my earlier posts. I mentioned how it drove me crazy for its incapability to recharge even if I got a new battery or even a new charger. I so believed that my Sun sim phone had a lost connection somewhere inside. Good thing a colleague friend of mine offered his brand new Nokia 2680 at a cheaper price. Now, I am having a good experience with this phone. I no longer am out of touch from my Sim contacts. Doctors and colleague friends can just contact me right away using my new Nokia 2680 cell phone. ;)

After our busy graveyard shift yesterday, we decided to take our breakfast at our "suki" in Agdao Public Market. This "bulaloan" stall is known for its yummy "bulalo" and "balbacua" recipes. We fed ourselves with "bulalo" and "paksiw". The hot "hinalang na baka" soup made me enjoyed my breakfast even more. Our breakfast was accompanied with an iced-cold Coke to go along with our yummy meal. I was really having a good time with what I've eaten. With our already filled stomachs, my friend decided to drop by a certain auto shop after breakfast and check on their
power steering rack before heading home.
After work yesterday, my colleague friend and I decided to take a peek on various items found at Davao's 168 Mall along R. Magsaysay Avenue (Uyanguren Street). Truly, Davao's 168 Mall is comparable to Manila's 168 Mall found in Binondo, Manila. It houses a variety of goods at cheaper prices. We're fascinated about those cheap cellphones including TV phones at roughly 3k-5k. We also had a good time checking on cheap yet great blouses, including skinny jeans and bags. Seems like almost dry good items are found in there. If you've never been to 168 Mall in Davao, you better check it out and get some good finds in there. :)
While we had our dinner this evening at Euro-Cafe, I spotted a Filipina inside who seemed to be waiting for someone. She made use of her time by manipulating her cute laptop with just an orange juice in her table. Well, I never wanted to mind her however, I can't just ignore her cos she's actually just beside us. Besides, her pink laptop caught my eye. After a few minutes, this black man arrived. He's in his business suit. It looked like he came from a meeting in his business attire. I later learned they're a couple because this black guy kissed the girl on her cheek. When they started eating, I no longer took glances on them. However, my dear friend and I discussed interracial dating and the possibility of having an interracial love relationship, like what happened to the two. I knew there are people who came from a
black and white chat until such time that two people will definitely get involved in a relationship. I am just wondering how these people keep a very sound understanding about the different cultures they have. Well, I better ask my US-based friend who got married to a Black American.
I used to pass by Euro-Baker whenever I have my groceries done at Gaisano Mall's supermarket. I did not notice that alongside of it is their very own Euro-Cafe. I thought it's just another nearby cafe. Just this evening after hearing mass, I met my friend and we decided to have our dinner @ Euro Cafe. It's actually my first time to dine in there. We ordered their brunch meals. I chose the meal with the "longganisa" and egg. They also served our meals with a juice drink and a choice between coffee and tea. According to my friend, what the cafe serves is likened to an intercontinental meal. When we started eating, I noticed that they also have a Bread Buffet for a cheaper price of P49++. When I checked on the table, there's an advertisement saying that they also have a Cake Buffet for only P75++. Gosh! I should have taken the Cake Buffet because my eyes were feasting on that Blueberry Cheesecake inside the counter! Sayang! But I promise myself I'd be back at Euro Cafe again and have a taste of their Bread Buffet and Cake Buffet deals.
I usually attend mass at St. Jude Parish Church located along Malvar Street, Davao City. Perhaps I was being influenced by my relatives during my earlier years to worship here. It was noted that whenever we celebrate my grandparent's birthdays, death anniversaries or even thanksgiving celebrations, we always have mass sponsorship in this parish. As I maturely grow, I became a devotee of St. Jude. In fact, I used to attend mass on Thursdays and Sundays and I attended regular masses when I was still free and was reviewing for my licensure exams. Though I can no longer attend masses regularly now because of work commitments but still I make it a point to attend mass when I can. Apart from being a devotee, I just love visiting this church. I always feel comfortable when I am under its roof. I also found a sense of serenity whenever I pray. For the record, I had my Sunday mass this afternoon at St. Jude. It really feels good when I can attend a Sunday mass. By the way, I also visited a locskmith shop near St. Jude's vicinity. The service may not be as great as the
Orlando Locksmith but I got no choice. I badly need my locks repaired!
Apart from Visa, Korrokan, G-Mik, and Cats and Dogs among others, there's another KTV Bar found at the heart of Downtown Davao. Formerly called as "Hilltown", KL's Family KTV is yet another haven for music lovers who love to sing the night away. Situated at the back of Chowking-Bajada, KL's Family KTV has small, medium, and large rooms to choose from. Each room is fully equipped with a wonderful sound sytem along with a cozy ambiance. If you love to sing, if you love to have fun with family and friends, then KL's Family KTV is highly recommended!
Moving on to another post about lights, I am very thankful that our house is equipped with a safe electric gadget that immediately shuts off when there's a risk for faulty electric problems. I was told this is safe. Good thing we hired a certified electrician to manage the electrical installations including the lights, the sockets, and the switches. I am even glad that we got a lot of safety outlets ready for use. It's been more than 10 years since we moved here and ever since we never experienced great electric problems. We do have malfunctioning lights every once in a while but we had them replaced right away. Our distant neighbor had the opposite experience. It was related that the charger was left on for about a few hours and nobody's around. The house was burned with only the fire walls left. I learned that the electrician didn't install such safety gadget just like what we have right now. I really admired the electrician who made through with the electric installation in our house. His skills are somewhat comparable to the great
Naperville Electricans based in Illinois which can surely be competitive worldwide. With what he did, I can never thank him enough for making us safe as we live life each day.
I was in Hongkong 2 years ago and I failed to witness the Symphony of Lights at the harbor during night time. I regret not seeing those colorful lights. I knew my Hongkong travel was among my greatest travels but I still yearn to go back again to Hongkong in due time and fulfill my promise of witnessing such wonderful sight at night.
I found black people gorgeous! In fact, I have admired Denzel Washington so much and even Will Smith. They're both amazing and sexy! Too lucky for a friend cos she found a husband of black descent. She mentioned that some of her friends are also considering
black bbw personals now when finding a mate. Well, hope they find their matches just like my friend who now lives in Nevada with her black husband and a beautiful daughter.
I am currently watching a noontime show right now. I have been fascinated with this show ever since it existed. I love its segment entitled "Will Of Fortune" that caters to people from all walks of life. Indeed, Willy Revillame makes everyone happy!:)
I washed my face this morning in the lavatory inside our nurse station. When facing up to the left, I can see our air conditioner unit. I continued starting at it until I found drops of water continuously falling from the inside of the unit. Thinking so hard, it gave me an idea that our air conditioner really needs an immediate replacement. The heat is just unbeatable and unbearable. Could you just imagine the sweats that trickled down my face when I am wearing mask and my lab gown. How much more if the station is filled with doctors, interns, the staff, and the students? The humid feeling is just irritating making me escape from the room right away. I knew this unit has been checked too many times by the aircon maintenance team but to no avail, it still work as bad as it is. Yeah, they frequently clean it and we temporarily achieve cool air but after a few days it always return back to its worsened function giving us a humid air. How I wish the
Fresno HVAC maintenance team could impart their skills to our own maintenance team here so that every new unit will be well taken care of. I hope and pray that our aircon unit will be replaced in the soonest possible time. I personally can't work on my tasks with that unbeatable heat being felt!
Farm Town is undeniably my favorite game at Facebook nowadays. I enjoy plowing fields and planting trees. I enjoy selling them after crops are being harvested. I also enjoy collaborating with people in the market place. As of the moment, I have a lot of coins in store, plus I still have harvested crops in my storage. :) I really have fun with Facebook's Farm Town. :)
I was watching a feel-good movie yesterday entitled "The Other End Of The Line". It involves an American guy and an Indian lady. Their paths have crossed and off they fell in love with each other.
Interacial dating really works! The lead stars are both gorgeous! I also fell in love with the story!
I got pissed off with my other phone where my Sun simcard is in place. The phone won't anymore charge its battery. It's really irritating! I even bought a new batt but it's not still working. I bought a portable universal charger and I guess it's even damaged too! Gosh, how in the world can I call doctors and colleagues when my phone will run out of batt. I am really mad now wanting to throw this charger and these batteries here! Urgh!
After how many months of renting a house in downtown Davao, my friend finally moved out and transferred to a new location in a subdivision located in Panacan, Davao City. She said it was a wise decision because the house rent was raised and she could no longer bear having to pay it plus her other utility bills and her kid's education. At least in their new house, she no longer needs to pay for its monthly rental since the owner happens to be her relative who now migrated in the United States. The night before they transferred, we talked. She mentioned how she's going to pack all their things and go about with the transfer. I told her I wish Davao has big trucks like the
Dallas Moving trucks so she could get to hire them and assist them in their transfer. It is actually a hard work to be packing on things including the furniture and the appliances. Finally last May 1, my friend and her family successfully moved on to their new house location. At least their house is not anymore that far from our work place including the school where her kid will be in by June. She added she has a great time tending on their new house and her kid loves staying there too!

I know it's kinda late and it's already a history but Manny Pacquiao, one of the pride of the Filipinos, won a boxing fight against Hatton last May 2, 2009 (Las Vegas time). So sorry for posting this late, hahaha! I think I was sleeping when the fight took place in Las Vegas, Nevada. To you Mr. Pacquiao, the Filipinos are so proud of you!:)
Landscaping is among those great home ideas that I am interested in. I highly appreciate the order I have seen outside of the house. I came to appreciate the beauty of landscaping when I got the chance to visit a beach resort here in the city. I love the man-made waterfalls displayed on the outside. I also came to appreciate how the bushes have been trimmed and the displayed rocks on the veranda. Looking at them, I wish I'd have a landscape such as those in my home. Definitely, I'd like to have landscaping plans materialized in the near future. It doesn't have to be that expensive for as long as it looks good and organized. I wouldn't mind hiring any landscape designer for as long as their works are comparable to that of
Albuquerque Landscaping which is unfortunately not based here in my home country. I hope such landscape designer would beautify the lawns and the gardens I wanna have in the future ensuring that the designs they have will be lasting for years. Ops, I better check on this landscape designs I have been surfing on the net. Perhaps it will just give me the right idea of how my landscape would look like someday.

Ricky Hatton, Britain's Hitman, will be facing Philippine's "Pambansang Kamao", Manny Pacquiao in the boxing arena come May 2, 2009 (May 3 here in the Philippines) in Las Vegas, Nevada in the United States.
Filipinos are more than just excited to grace the said fight in the same way as Hatton's fans are. It is being noted that both have impressive records in the realm of boxing.
'Wish Manny Pacquiao brings home the victory (again!) and make Filipinos even more prouder!
